4. Development of capital markets connected with particular phases of economic cycles, protection and assuring of investments to securities
5. Securities trading – Basic aspects of securities markets, types of public markets, basic types of speculations
6. Securities trading – Securities exchange system, subsystem of trading and settling of exchange trades
7. Securities trading – Securities exchange system, information, regulation and control subsystems
8. Trading with financial derivatives based on classic securities
9. Securities trading on CZ capital market, origin and development of current CZ capital market, system of Czech capital market
10. Securities trading on CZ capital market, types of securities trading in CZ, specifics of investment environment of Czech capital market
11. Securities trading on CZ capital market, investment strategies of securities trade and types of trading
12. Current function of Czech capital market and selected aspects of further development
13. Electronic trading in practice

Aims

Student will acquire basic knowledge about capital market and its instruments. Particular types of securities will be introduced together with particular systems of securities trading, both in common and with respect to CZ systems.
