Working up the following documentation set for specific construction unit:
Flow charts of the project progress, work breakdown structure, company structure, functional diagrams, performance plans, resource usage (material, labour, financial). These plans are elaborated in the beginning of individual project phases (definition, design and planning, implementation) of the specific construction project for planning and managing of respective construction project phase. Software support of programmes CONTEC and CA SUPER PROJECT 3.0. is used. To work up „The construction process organisation plan“ as the part of the project documentation for the building permit procedure of this construction unit. Proposal of building allocation permit, request for planning permit, proposal for building approval decision.

Learning outcomes of the course unit
Knowledge of fundamentals of project management, project phasing connected to construction, content and methods of planning and realization of constructions used on investor’s and contractor’s side, technology of construction production, basic net analysis. Knowledge of work with PC.

To finalise knowledge and skills from areas of project management and adoption of concrete procedures and methods in construction project management. Necessary knowledge for planning and management of projects on both participating sides. To mastere specialized software performances. Presumption for acquiring project manager certification in Czech Republic according to IPMA policy for level D „Certificated Project manager".
