Structures and building techniques
FA-TESAcad. year: 2020/2021
Lectures follow the current trends in deal with sanitary rooms, facilities management, water, elevators and escalators, low-voltage installations, HVAC installations and methods of management buildings. Emphasis is placed on energy efficiency and the impact on the environment and quality of life for building users. The conclusion is presented and explored the concept of energy self-sufficient building.

Orientation in the current requirements for building technology and how their design. Deepening of knowledge on the construction and technical equipment. Acquisition of knowledge required for a basic design concept and coordination of professional specialists.

First New trends and innovative equipment in sanitary rooms, of which senior and handicap
Second Management of waste water, local and central collection and disposal methods, use of rain water, water retention in the landscape

4th Low-voltage installations in buildings, measurement and control, intelligent buildings
5th Technical equipment in connection with the method of use of buildings. Quality of life in relation to engineering structures
6th The quality of the internal environment of buildings, a new perspective on the quality of the microclimate and its components
7th Alternative and renewable energy sources in buildings, energy performance of technical equipment and systems
8th Disposition requirements in terms of construction techniques. Technical rooms, boiler rooms, technical equipment. Installation partitions, walls, shafts, floors and ceilings. Technical and hallway floors.
9th Artificial lighting. Lamps and their energy intensity, technical and aesthetic requirements, lighting indoor and outdoor space
10th Environmental assessment of buildings in terms of technical equipment. The impact of technology on building internal and external environment
11th Air conditioning, comprehensive treatment solutions IAQ.
12th Energy self-sufficient buildings, the basic concept

Deepening knowledge about systems of technical equipment, facilities and installations in buildings, their technical capabilities, the conditions for placement and management in buildings and links to architectural design, building design and layout.
