Permanent Way Theory

• Students are introduced in details to the theory of static and dynamic design and estimation of railway superstructure, switches, crossings and turnouts in seminars. Themes are focused on track upgrading with respect to speed and axle load increasing.

4.-10. Seminars for appointed theme.
11.-13. Completion seminar thesis with appointed theme.
Aims
The objective of the subject is to deepen knowledge in permanent way theory with respect to theme of PhD thesis.
