The main content of this subject is to gain relevant knowledge from the field of psychology and sociology which is necessary for effective company. Emphasis is put on interpersonal communication in the corporate environment and the ability to apply them in training activities in order to develop managerial skills corporate practice.

Hlavním výstupem bude kompendium znalostí relevantních interpersonální komunikaci a osvojení si kompetence na úrovni složky schopnosti efektivní komunikace v podnikovém prostředí.

* elaboration of semestrial assignment 20%

* discussion towards the presented assignment 10%
* final written exam 40%

Aims

The aim of the course is to acquire necessary knowledge and techniques of interpersonal communication in international corporate environment. In seminars, students will practically train the specifics of international communication and realize the differences and needs for effective usage of this managerial discipline.
