Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The course uses teaching methods in form of Laboratory exercise - 4 teaching hours per week. The e-learning system (LMS Moodle) is available to teachers and students.
Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes
Classified credit is given after sucesfull participation each experimental works and after submition of all laboratory protocols. Students knowledges will be controled using written credit test.
Language of instruction
Basic operations in plastics and rubber technology, separate precesses, materials, machines and equipments, energy requirments, prehandling of materials for processing, calendering, extrusion, moulding, fastening, surface finishing ,ect.
The subject of the lecture-course is given to apprise the students with several types of polymer processing in the relation to basic polymeric material properties. The target of course is a relationship between
processing – structure of polymer for particular types of techniques and ability to define material requirement for given technology on engineer principle.
Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences
Participation on each laboratory practice is necessary. In the case of illness is substitution in alternative time possible.
