Course detail
Advanced Materials Technologies
FCH-MCO_PAMAcad. year: 2019/2020
The aim of the subject is to acquaint students with modern trends in utilization of molecular materials in high-tech applications in different areas of applied chemical industry. Properties of new molecular functional systems will be discussed with respect to their utilization in sensors (photosensors, selective gas sensors and biosensors), optical and electronic devices (organic solar cells, electroluminescence displays and diodes) and other applications (intelligent surfaces, batteries, molecular electronic, non-linear optical elements. etc.). The emphasis is also put on technology and nanotechnology utilization for production of final functional structures.
