Integrated corporate infrastructure

The course gives a comprehensive overview of the principles and approaches to the analysis, design and management of an enterprise's communication infrastructure and the possibilities of its implementation in the enterprise. For the practical part of teaching is used for teaching specialized laboratory infrastructure communication systems.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

Students gain understanding on the principles of corporate communications infrastructure solutions, methods and approaches to their resolution and use in the design of enterprise communications infrastructure including practical skills during their realization. Also acquire practical skills to the processing of documentation for the procurement and evaluation menus.

Prerequisites

Entry requirements for students are placed at the level of knowledge of the problems of infrastructure communication systems,
computer networks and business critical applications.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

The course contains lectures that explain basic principles, problems and methodology of the discipline, and exercises that promote the practical knowledge of the subject presented in the lectures.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

zápočet - požadavky:
- aktivní účast ve cvičení, cvičení jsou povinná
- 100% účast na cvičeních je nezbytnou podmínkou udělení zápočtu
- plnění individuálních úkolů a zadávaných písemných prací s hodnocením alespoň "dostatečně - E"
- zpracování semestrálního úkolu s hodnocením alespoň "dostatečně - E"

Udělení zápočtu je nutnou podmínkou pro konání zkoušky

zkouška:
- první část ústní zkoušky - z každého vyučovaného tématu (přednášky) bude položena min. 1 otázka na základy zkoušeného tématu - zkoušený musí znát odpovědi na všechny základní otázky a tím získá hodnocení "E"
- druhá část ústní zkoušky - další otázky prověřující úroveň znalostí jednotlivých vyučovaných témat umožňují zkoušenému získat až nejlepší hodnocení

2. Project IPI - related standards, technical regulations and laws
3. Project IPI - The aim of the project, the investor's entry requirements, analysis, definitions, change procedures
4. Project IPI - analysis and system design, model solutions IPI
5. The project IPI - IPI block diagram, the interconnection of individual elements, the number of channels and ports, bandwidth requirements
on transfer of technology
6. Project IPI - the choice of solution and its rationale, design solutions
7. Solving horizontal and backbone nodes and central sections IPI, addressing key nodes
8. The specifications and design of materials IPI subsystems (nodes, lines, channels, AP etc.)
9. budgets, coordination with other subsystems and professions
10. Schedules solutions, technical reports

Students gain understanding on the principles of corporate communications infrastructure solutions, methods and approaches to deal with them and use in the design of enterprise communications infrastructure, including practical skills in implementing them.
