The basic principles of technical equipment, installations in the way of buildings, design principles of hygiene rooms, furniture and installation space and trails. Waste management of buildings, buildings, water supply, gas and electricity.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

Ability to develop a conceptual design of sanitary and electrical installation and its coordination with architectural and structural engineering solutions.

Prerequisites

The ability to create technical documentation, knowledge of building structures and structural systems, knowledge of building typology

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

General theoretical knowledge gained in lectures in the seminars are applied to concrete construction.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

Credit is awarded on the basis of meeting all specified conditions are met: submission of seminar work in the required scope and quality within the deadline, at least 70 percent participation in seminars and completion of two inspections required essay completion within the deadlines.
Tests the student can participate in the fulfillment of the conditions for obtaining credit. Evaluation tests consists of a theoretical part, practical part and scoring work in seminars

Second Storm and sanitary sewers, connections, the way of installation
Third Drainage of roofs and paved surfaces, use and disposal of storm water management pool, sauna
4th Water in building-materials, principles of design, installation management in buildings, drinking, water, fire water supply
5th DHW, gas supply, gas connection, house gas, gas appliances
6th Electrical installations of buildings against the effects of lightning, artificial lighting

Aims

Understanding the student with sanitary and electrotechnical installations in buildings, their technical capabilities, the conditions for the placement and management in buildings and links to architectural design, building design and layout.

Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences

Attendance at seminars is mandatory (controlled). In the two times during the semester is checked meet the required completion of seminar work.
Missed lessons may be compensated in the form of individual consultations and entering the individual work.
