1. Sustainable development, basic concepts.
2. Sustainable settlements, examples of solutions.
3. Economical use of natural sources.
4. Water management, spatial concept.
5. Ecological aspects of urban planning and architecture (principles for designing environmental projects).
6. Ecological housing - the art of living.
7. A Passive House Quality.
8. Why build ecologically, healthy houses, healthy environments.
9. Energy concept - balance of energy-saving measures, alternative energy sources.
10. Energy-plus houses.
11. Structural requirements for environmental constructions, selecting materials.
12. Examples of ecological development.
13. Contemporary Trends.


The aim is to make the students -future architects - acquainted not only with design requirements, but also with implemented ecological buildings which, due to increasing ecological and sanitary requirements, will gain ever greater significance in the building industry.
