Learning outcomes of the course unit

Results of the study will be to obtain knowledge of the management of buildings, especially in the operational phase of a building . Knowledge will include knowledge of facility management as an integrated management system, the organization and management of real estate.

Building construction, structure of the building, price of the building, building life cycle costs, activities and property of company

Teaching methods depend on the type of course unit as specified in the article 7 of BUT Rules for Studies and Examinations.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

Evaluation of studies will be carried out verification of theoretical knowledge of written and oral examination . The practical part of knowledge will be tested treatment case study.

Aims

The goal is to gain knowledge about the issue of building management especially in the operating phase of the life cycle of buildings . The problem is extended towards facility management. Facility management is an integrated management and property management organizations .
