Properties and Production of Electrotechnic Materials
FEKT-MPA-PPMAcad. year: 2020/2021
The subject is lectured in English language and is determined for those who want to improve their knowledge of technical English with orientation to structure, composition and properties of basic categories of electrotechnical materials and methods of their production.
Offered to foreign students
The home faculty only
Learning outcomes of the course unit
At the end of the course, the student will be able to:
- classify electrical materials from the point of view of their properties and usage,
- explain nature of physical phenomena that take place in the structure of electrical materials,
- be knowledgeable in English terminology in the field of electrotechnical materials, their structure, composition, properties and selected production processes,
- be knowledgeable in English written technical texts with mentioned themes,
- use specialized English terminology both in written text and in speech.
Knowledge of electrical materials on the level of the bachelor's course Materials and technical documentation.
