Metrology and experimental data processing

What's metrology and why is it necessary for environmental analysis. Development and optimization of analytical methods; how to determine the parameters for repeatable. Metrological characteristics of analytical methods; limit of detection, limit of quantification, return, traceability, robustness, control long-term stability analytical method validation and uncertainty. Proper analysis of practice and quality assurance of analytical results.
