The course focuses on the development of all language competencies at B2 SERR level. It is based on materials and requirements of international examination FCE (First Certificate in English).

The student uses English language as an independent user at B2 CEFR level.
He/she lists and describes a number of free time activities.
He/she expresses his/her opinions on the media and their roles in the society.
He/she specifies various environmental problems and explains them in different contexts.
He/she is able to discuss different methods and means of interpersonal communication.
He/she uses grammatical structures according to the requirements of the given level and course syllabus.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of English for General Purposes at level B2 CEFR is required. The student has successfully passed the course English language B2 - 1.

The course it taught by means of practical language exercises with emphasis on practicing communication skills and developing knowledge of grammar and vocabulary.
