Corporate Law

The aim is to acquaint students with basic business law as an act regulating commercial relations and business entities to explain the basic concepts of business law.

Students will be made familiar with law terminology and regulations and will be capable of reading of the law.

Prerequisites

Students are expected to have general knowledge of law at secondary school level.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

Teaching takes the form of two-hour lectures. The lecture includes a presentation of the basic concepts and principles and illustrative examples.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

A course-unit credit is not awarded for this course.
The exam has a written form. It is a test with questions. The classification of this module is in accordance with the rules of the Faculty of Business and Management.

Aims

The aim of the course is to introduce students to the various forms of business corporations as well as with competition law.
