Computer support for technical and managerial work
FEKT-BTMPAcad. year: 2018/2019
Mastering the work through the electronic product definition method. As opposed to the classical way of Technological Preparation of Production, when the development of the product as a whole is carried out by several workgroups and minute co-ordination of the activities is necessary, this method represents a solution that connects the individual „isles“ into one logical whole from the form of the design to the connection with the production itself. The teaching in the created simultaneous environment, common work on one task. Simulating the technological preparation of production, analyis with the input of the simulation programs into the process of technological preparation of production, simulation of kinematics, finite element method, finite volume method, heat conductivity.

PDM as a CAD superstructure. Product Data Management (PDM) - Enterprise data management and management as a system for managing and managing product data and related workflows: CAD models, drawings, BOMs, parts data, product specifications, NC programs, analysis results, related Correspondence, etc., document versioning. PDM users: developers, designers, factory workers, project managers, people from sales, marketing, purchasing, finance, who can also contribute to product design.
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) - Product lifecycle management as a product lifecycle management process from the first idea through design, construction and production to product servicing and disposal. PLM as the central repository for information: sales dealers' notes, catalogs, customer responses, marketing plans, archived project plans, and other information gathered over the lifetime of each product.
Computer Aided Manufacturing - computer-controlled production, computer-aided manufacturing. Use of specialized programs and equipment to automate the production, assembling and control of products.

Mathematical Physical Analysis with SolidWorks Flow Simulation
Creating a program to control a machining center from existing 3D volume units. The created program is simulated in the NC Verifier.
The goal of the subject is to acquaint students with the new trend in the technical preparation of production, which will solve the development by complex deployment of the system from development to production. Students will learn how to create 3D volume models that assemble into assemblies with collision controls and overlapping errors searching that occurred only when assembling or functional testing of a sample. Performs corrections in individual models. He produces technical documentation from finished parts and reports. They acquire an overview of mathematical and physical simulations for the analysis of the problem and the creation of the NC program for the production.
Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences
