Learning outcomes of the course unit

The students will:- be able to distinguish between the possibilities of costs and managerial accounting,- understand the influence of a type of business activity on the significance of costs accounting and the brand of business activity,- learn develop practical skills necessary to analyzse the company accounting statements (fundamental analysisze), - learn implementation one and two circuit intrnal accounting system, - learn how to set prepare long-term and short-term budgets, as well as and also burden budgets of burden costs),- familiarise themselves with the acquire principles of standard costs method and possibility of its application to series production, single-part productionin the assembly-line, the piece, the homogeneous and the jjoint manufactureproduction, using of SN standard costs method in for overhead burden costs),- understand the significance, principles and basic applications of the responsibility accounting,-
- understand the significance, principles and basic requirements for creating effective reporting

Prerequisites

Basic knowledge in the area of financial accounting (principles of bookkeeping, knowledge of accounting statements), general knowledge in of microeo economics and enterprise corporate economics.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

The course contains lectures that explain basic principles, problems and methodology of the discipline, and exercises that promote the practical knowledge of the subject presented in the lectures.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

The graded course-unit credit is required conditional on the these following conditions:

Course curriculum

The basic topics are as follows:
-Costs and managerial accounting and their development, basic differences
- Fundamental analysis
-Organization of interanl accounting (one and two circuit systems), A and B information
--Influence of a type of business activity on the effect of brand business activity on costs accounting
-Standard costs method (basic terminology, SN standard costs method applied in series production, single-part productionthe assembly-line, the piece, the homogeneous and the joint manufacture production, using of SN standard costs method for overhead in burden costs)
-Responsibility accounting
-Reporting

Aims

- pochopit význam, vývoj a vzájemný vztah mezi finančním, nákladovým a manažerským účetnictvím a pochopit význam jaký vliv má druh činnosti podniku na nákladové účetnictví
- získat teoretické a praktické dovednosti při využívání účetních výkazů jako zdroje informací pro vybrané analytické metody a analýzu rizik
- získat teoretické a praktické dovednosti pro implemetaci jednookruhové a dvouokruhové organizace účetnictví
- osvojit si principy Metody standardních nákladů a možnosti jejího použití v sériové, kusové, homogenní a sdružené výrobě, a také u režijních nákladů
- pochopit význam, principy a základní aplikace odpovědnostního účetnictví
- získat teoretické i praktické dovednosti pro tvorbu reportů

Student umí rozlišit možnosti finančního a manažerského účetnictví, uvědomuje si význam druhu činnosti na nákladové účetnictví. Uvědomuje si odlišnosti způsobu vyjadřování podnikových nákladů, výnosů a zisku. Zná podmínky, možnosti a principy použití Metody standardních nákladů i odlišnosti její aplikace. Pochopí význam a osvojí si principy efektivního reportingu a tvorby reportů v návaznosti na vnitropodnikový informační systém.

Student je schopen komplexněji analyzovat a zhodnotit současný stav vmitropodnikového informačního systému jako nástrohje pro řízení nákladů a efektivnosti. Je schopen nalézt způsobx jeho optimalizace s ohledem na specifika tvorby výkonů tak, aby zejména prostřednictvím reportingu včas poskytoval informace potřebné pro rozhodování na různých řídících úrovních.

Student umí z účetních výkazů získat informace, které použije při provádění analýz (typu Porterův pětifaktorový model, analýza rizik).
Samostatně řeší úlohy spojené s výběrem a implementací způsobu zobrazování a sledování nákladů, výnosů a zisku prostřednictvím jednookruhové dvouukruhové organizace účetnictví s přihlédnutím na vliv charakteru podnikání na výkonově i odpovědnostně orientované účetnictví..
