3/ The speech of an image: the origin of an image in a visual gesture - action painting (MATTIEU/POLLOCK)
4/ The music of speech: acoustic gesture - oral tradition, narration, dramatization, rhetoric (Meredith MONK/Diamanda GALAS)
5/ Type as a fixed gesture - calligraphy (SHIRAGA - GUTAI)

Aims

To develop the abilities to combine and incorporate theoretic knowledge in the area of action art for the sake of reflection of a complex artwork. This is achieved through the cognition of interactive forms of presentation, through the cognition of media strategies of creative entry into reality.
