Learning outcomes of the course unit

Relationships between outdoor noise load and indoor acoustic comfort, principles of designing the forms of assembly rooms, optimum size of transparent elements, ensuring indoor lighting and insolation comfort, and minimum thermal losses.

Principles of designing building structures and basic knowledge of physical properties of building materials

Teaching methods depend on the type of course unit as specified in the article 7 of BUT Rules for Studies and Examinations.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

Required attendance at tutorials and submission of presribed seminar assignments. Positive evaluation of the final test accordeng to defined quality criteria

Course curriculum

Acoustics - general principles and principles discipline.
Directive and recipe requirements in CR and abroad.
Acoustics urban design - diffusion acoustic waves in outer space, calculation basic quantities.
Traffic noise, his division, basic computational principles, border conditions, iprocessing territorial units.
Maximum permissible surface noise in outer space.
Acoustics building - step transmission loss simple, double and compound construction.
Structure-borne sound transmission loss horizontal constructional elements.
Proposal and appreciation divisive constructional elements in light of building acoustics (nomograms).
Acoustics space - definition proposal space and his characteristics.
Sound absorption, agents sound absorption capacity and reflectance.
Progress at proposal space in light of optimum parameters acoustic fair weather.
Fundamentals at posuzování space in light of daily lighting.
Classes and basis value for lateral and upper lighting, computerized methods.
Extinguishment current object realization new development, philosophy and border conditions for reservation shiny.

Aims

Design and analysis of structural elements with view to airborne sound insulation capacity and impact sound insulation capacity. Optimum solution of shapes and materials of cultural facilities, vith view to their use. Principles of layout solution and size selection of transparent elements that ensure the required lighting and insolation comfort.

Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences

Attendance at tutorials, submission of all prescribed seminar assignments, substitution of missed lessons by individual arrangements with the students.
