Original Abstract

This paper is dedicated to the searching for optimal elemental analog cell for systematic synthesis of fractional-order two-port circuit device. The design procedure is based on the decomposition of transfer function into fundamental bilinear and biquadratic filtering section which is connected in cascade. Starting transfer functions are obtained the most probably by approximation of ideal fractional element in the frequency domain. Several networks will be proposed, briefly discussed and verified by Orcad Pspice circuit simulator. The possibility to change final order between 0 and 1 with step 0.1 will be also addressed. For circuit design only commercially available active building blocks will be utilized.
