Original Abstract

In this work caffeine was used as a model molecule for testing of encapsulation techniques. Caffeine was packaged into liposomes and polysaccharide particles. Encapsulations effectiveness was determined by HPLC/UV-VIS. Particle size and distribution were analyzed by dynamic light scattering and by light and electron microscopy.
