Original Abstract

The paper deals with a technique of simulation of transient phenomena in linear lumped-distributed networks using Matlab language Distributed parts can be formed by multiconductor transmission lines – nonuniform, with frequency dependent parameters, and under nonzero initial conditions in general. In principle the solution is formulated using a modified nodal admittance matrix equation in the frequency domain. Then enhanced fast method of the numerical inversion of Laplace transforms based on the FFT and quotient-difference algorithm of Rutishauser is applied to gain the solution in the time domain.
