Original Abstract

From a toxicological point of view, pesticides and nerve agents are probably the most toxic compounds inhibiting AChE activity. The zone with immobilized AChE was placed onto screen printed electrode and enzyme reaction was assessed electrochemically using square wave voltammetry.
