The paper describes 2D deconvolution of medical ultrasound B-mode images. The method is based on identification of the PSF of the imaging process in complex cepstrum domain with subsequent Wiener filtering. Two methods for calculation of the 2D complex cepstrum are presented

Článek popisuje 2D dekonvoluci lékařských ultrazvukových obrazů B-módu. Metoda je založena na odhadu impulzní charakteristiky zkreslení zobrazovacího procesu v kepstrální oblasti. Dále se obraz filtruje Wienerovým filtrem. Prezentují se dvě metody výpočtu kepstra.
