Original Abstract

The present paper deals with the application of nonlinear ultrasonic spectroscopy methods to evaluating the structural integrity of sandwiches made of Hurdis ceiling slabs. Based on extensive measurements, analyses and results verifications for small-sized ceramic products by means of these methods, a methodology has been designed for measuring both separate Hurdis slabs and sandwiches made of these slabs. Two measurement methods have been applied, namely, using a single and two excitation signals.
