Original Abstract

Optimised design of concrete cross section loaded by the normal force and the bending moment is presented. The optimised design of reinforcement into a cross section is defined as minimisation of reinforcement area designed into the cross section. Some input quantities are considered as stochastic. For solution of the optimised problem are used the SBRA and the perturbation method. Basic relations are given and results from solution are compared.
