Original Abstract
The contribution deals with the transparency reduction methods founded on the 3-D DCT encoder and decoder modification. The frame transparency is a product of the 3-D DCT transform in case of the different video sequences are mixed inside encoder input, i.e. the video cut is presented. In the next text all encoder mathematical operations are outline. The three different types of encoder and decoder improvement are introduced in this paper as well.
