Original Abstract

This paper deals with automatic computer analyze of LBIC image. The output data of defect detection method like LBIC or electroluminescence image contains lots of information about contacts structure and about the defects in the area of solar cell. This data can be analyzed by operator in image form or can be analyzed by computer system in row form.
