Original Abstract

The Czech Republic has always been a country abounding in educated experts and skilled engineers. However, over the last decade, this beneficial qualification has been in decline. Due to insufficient attention paid to technical secondary schools resulting in lower interest in technical university studies, the graduates are less in number with many of them embarking on carriers outside the field that they have been educated for. The exodus abroad of the most talented graduates is felt as particularly alarming. It is the primary interest of both the industries and the educational institutions to win, educate, and keep the students talented for research and practical applications in the Czech Republic.
