Original Abstract

Pro posouzení kvality výstupního obrazu tomografu magnetické rezonance se můžeme nejčastěji setkat s určením poměru SNR. Bylo zjištěno, že zvyšováním počtu řezů snímaným objektem se zvyšuje příspěvek šumu ve výsledných obrazech - řezech. Je tedy nutné najít vhodný kompromis mezi dostačujícím počtem řezů objektem a vysokým poměrem SNR. Ze získaných obrazů můžeme vytvořit model snímaného objektu. Pro kvalitní rekonstrukci je třeba získat co nejvíce řezů. Článek popisuje možné přístupy interpolace dat mezi snímanými řezy. Aplikací popsané metody dostaneme více řezů a rekonstruovaný tvar snímaného objektu potom může dosahovat větší přesnosti.

English abstract

This article deals with three-dimensional reconstruction methods of nuclear magnetic resonance images. The testing images were observed by tomograph with basic magnetic field of 4.7 T at the Institute of Scientific Instruments (Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic). There were acquired 10 slices of the testing phantom. There were found methods with the aim of getting utmost information about the shape of the testing phantom. One possible way is to increase the count of the sensed slices, but it implies decreasing of the signal to noise ratio. The second approach is finding the compromise between the effective count of slices and the following interpolation of other slices between the sensed ones. The both approaches were compared. The resultant images were segmented by the active contour methods which are based on partial differential equations solution [1], [2]. The advantage of these methods is that the images may not be preprocessed before segmentation. The appropriate segmented slices were compared. The following image processing leading to 3D model creation is proposed.
