Original Abstract

The article presents gas sensitive properties of gas sensitive semiconducting sensors based on SnO2 and WO3. All sensors were fully fabricated by thick-film technology. The sensor is both side designed, one side has heater and temperature sensor, second side has electrodes. Only professional inks from Heraeus and ESL were used. Over electrodes the semiconducting active layer based on oxides of metal was printed. The composition of the active printed ink was prepared ourselves to assure good properties as adherence, porosity etc. Sensors were measured in several gases and good responses in Ethanol, Ammonia and NO2 have been observed.
