Original Abstract

When investigating new alternatives of noninvasive blood pressure measurement it is very useful to have a testing system which allows an accurate evaluation of the values measured. Such a system can be used as a model of bloodstream, which allows working with real sensors and comparing acquired values with actual pressure changes occurring in an actual bloodstream. It is also an advantage that the measurement conditions can be controlled and thus in any further measurement they can be compared with the results of previous mea-surements. It is only in this way that the results can be compared. The model presented in the article has been designed and constructed.
