Paper is dedicated to the research issues for the low-rate telemetry signals with the low Eb/No ratio simulation. The simulation model computes the BER value for the uncoded data stream, and it is able to determine influence of the unwanted effects, such as the oscillators phase noise or the additive Gaussian white noise.
