The paper describes methods for main error sources in capacitive sensor systems correction and compensation. Special case is discussed of a position-sense interface system for measuring of response in proof mass on input acceleration. The correction and compensation of main error sources are specified. The essential minimizing of these errors is depicted as well. The simulation results taken by CADENCE software tool are discussed.
