Original Abstract

An experimental satellite Phase 3D has been launched in the last year and our Telemetry Station should receive and decode the telemetry effectively. During manouvers the satellite attitude is not optimal for communication to the Earth and reception of the signal can be difficult. At present, the telemetry signal is transmitted on frequency 2401,323 MHz and its reception is possible shortly after perigee pass. In this orbit phase the signal is strongly Doppler shifted with fading due to satellite spin rotation. In this paper we describe a DSP method for partial elimination of these effects
