Original Abstract

In the paper an improved method for the numerical inverse Laplace transformation (NILT) based on the FFT and the quotient-difference algorithm is elaborated and the Matlab language implementation is presented. Compared with the NILT based on the FFT and the epsilon–algorithm the presented one is more numerically stable giving the same results in a practical way. The method is used for the time-domain simulation of circuits containing parts with multiconductor transmission lines.
