Paper compares contacts quality of CdTe radiation detector. The key feature to evaluate quality are leakage current and additional noise of contacts.

Článek je zaměřen na srovnání kvality kontaktů u CdTe detektoru ionizujícího záření. Jako klíčové vlastnosti určující kvalitu kontaktů jsou zvoleny závěrný proud Scottkyho kontaktu a aditivní šum vznikající v oblasti přechodu polovodič-kov.
