Original Abstract

This paper deals with traffic signs detection in the urban environment in different weather and lighting conditions. There are color segmentation and method of shape recognition. Method has been prepared to detection all relevant traffic signs in three color combination valids in Czech Republic but in modified form, it can be applied to the territory of another country. A method has been successfully tested with the result above of 85%.
