Original Abstract

The air temperature is often used as a parameter of indoor climate. Other parameters are air velocity, turbulence intensity and mean radiation temperature. There are usually low air velocities and high surface temperatures in an industry hall. In this case the air temperatures and radiation intensities are crucial. To calculate the radiation flux is very difficult and it is supposed to use a mathematical-physical modeling. This article is aimed to presentation of an own software "RTM.exe" which is developing on our institute. The software is capable of computing the mean radiation temperatures in 2D. These radiation temperatures can be used for the predication of the thermal comfort in buildings. The software is based on radiation model "ray-tracing". There is discussed the usability of this access for simulation of radiation component of indoor climate in this contribution.
