Original Abstract

A technique of designing linear circuit structures using the M-C signal-flow graph theory is presented in this paper. First, the required form of the transfer function denominator is discussed. Subsequently, in a number of simple steps an M-C graph is designed. As an example a current-mode multifunction frequency filter with three second-generation current conveyors is presented. The properties of the proposed circuit enable to adjust the quality factor Q independently of the characteristic frequency f0.
