Original Abstract

The problems of project and application of the floating floors concrete layers are often underestimated. It is not rare to find a project of the structure of the floating floor with paving, where a layer of a plain unreinforced concrete of 35 to 50 mm is designed onto the insulating coat. If the producer within this project uses for the concrete layer so called screed concrete the disruption of such floor occurs quite promptly. In the case presented in the article the floor with ceramic paving applied in three stories of a large multipurpose cultural edifice did not keep unfailted even until the building was passed on to usage.
