V příspěvku jsou popsány výsledky vyhodnocování experimentů, které byly zaměřeny na výzkum vlivu směrovosti struktury na základní únavové vlastnosti AlMg slitiny. pro experimenty byly použity dva základní mody zatěžování - tah-tlak a plochý ohyb.

English abstract

The paper evaluates influence of so called structure orientation, which appears as a consequence of technology of semi-product production, on fatigue properties of the AlMg alloy (EN AW-6082/T6). Fatigue properties of the tested material were determined in two basic modes of loading - push/pull (Zwick) and four point flat bending (Rumul Cractronic). Beside the experimental data (S-N relations), results of the basic fractographic analyses are presented. On the basis of obtained experimental results it is concluded that the influence of directionally oriented structure of the examined material EN AW-6082/T6 on fatigue properties is very small. That implies that technologies used for production of semi-finished products and final heat treatment were chosen correctly.
