Original Abstract

A method for offline and online digital acquisition and analysis of isolated cell contraction under microscope is introduced. A system for cardiomyocyte stimulation, digital video acquisition and video analysis and processing is described. LabVIEW software system is used to evaluate isolated cardiomyocyte contraction and its parameters.
