Original Abstract
The contribution is devoted to "Computer exercises" and e-learning support of mathematics in the Bachelor's study programme at the Faculty of Chemistry of Brno University of Technology. We introduced especially computer exercises and two e-learning courses into regular teaching, where we put the biggest emphasis on individual approach to the student not only during teaching, but also when assigning homework. Students obtain knowledge of the mathematical programme MATLAB, as numeric and symbolic computation, as high-level programming and as advanced graphics and visualization.
