Original Abstract

This paper focuses on building a mobile robotic unit suitable for work in an intermediately harsh outdoor terrain from a commercially available RC model monster truck and its navigation using GPS system. The model will be also equipped with a communication module to enable cooperation of two such robotic units, other external sensors such as sonar, tactile sensors, as well as accelerometers in order to determine the robots inclination.
