Original Abstract

The mathematical model of diaphragm pump is presented in the paper. The unsteady, laminar flow of the incompressible liquid is assumed. The model is based on large wall deformations and the mathematical model coefficients are time dependent. We shall assume the exploitation in medical technologies like a pump for extra corporal blood circulation.
