The paper presents a discrete system, which behaves like feedback comb filter, but its impulse response has not exponencially decaiyng envelope, that is typical for common comb filter. The shape of finite impulse response envelope can be controlled in finite number of intervals. In The shape of envelope is defined by multinominal in given interval.
