Original Abstract

The goal of this work is to investigate relation between increasing laser diode operating temperature and optical intensity distribution as well as beam halfwidth. We investigated that the increasing laser diode operating temperature caused half beam expansion and corresponding change in optical intensity distribudion. To sum up there is a necessary to use laser diode in recommended operating temperature range or place cooling into the system.
