The paper brings a description of surface plasmon resonance fluorescence spectroscopy sensor based on Kretschmann configuration. The tip od SNOM microscope serves as a local collector of attenuated total reflection from the sample.

Článek přináší popis fluorescenčního spektroskopického senzoru založeného na detekci rezanance povrchových plasmonů s Kretschmannovým uspořádáním. Hrot SNOM mikroskopu přitom slouží jako lokální kolektor zeslabeného úplného vnitřního odrazu ve vzorku.
