Original Abstract

We present a new approach for the reconstruction of intensity image from confocal scanning laser ophthalmoscope. Several procedures are used in the proposed approach including image registration, best-focus detection, filtering and 2D deconvolution.

Představení nového přístupu pro rekonstrukci intenzitních obrazů z konfokálního laserového oftalmoskopu. Postup využívá registrace obrazů, filtrace a 2D dekonvoluce.
